Second, it's common that supplements
being taken are not being broken
down appropriately and are still in
their original form in the gut.
Cheaper is not better and taking
multiple things is not the answer
either.It's important to ask
questions and have your digestion
evaluated by someone who understands
that taking purple pills is setting
up future problems and temporarily
covering up a bigger problem. Take
the initiative to ask questions and
find out what you can do to create
an optimal digestion system. Once
this is being done, then an
evaluation of deficiencies and
toxicities in the body would be
beneficial before any supplements
should be considered.

receiving enough vitamins/minerals
from their diets. Now while it's not
recommended that people rush out and
blindly purchase a handful of

practitioner who can evaluate your
digestion and your need for quality
supplements to fill the needs of
your body. Remember everyone is

such. Evaluate your digestion,
identify deficiencies and then
develop a core of needed supplements
that will feed your mind and body
into greater health.

Consider this study in
2002
by the Journal of
American Medical Association - a
comprehensive review on the
relationship between vitamins
and certain diseases. This
review by two Harvard
researchers clearly illustrated
how vitamin deficiencies are
associated with chronic diseases
such as cancer, coronary heart
disease and osteoporosis. That
is just to name a few lifestyle
related problems that are diet
related. Folic acid while proven
to help prevent birth defects
also has been proven to help
prevent heart disease and
several types of cancer. Vitamin
D and its relation to bone mass
as well as supportive evidence
for the value of vitamin B6 and
B12. B vitamins are essential to
a healthy body yet they are
depleted by the processed foods
we eat on a daily basis.
