Where are you on the wellness continuum?

The state of our health and wellness does not have to stay constant. Your health state can be improved and turned towards a higher level of wellness. To start you on that path, you first need to determine where you are today.

Do you have any of the the symptoms listed on the left? If you are suppressing these symptoms rather than treating or dealing with them, then you are headed left. If you are identifying the cause of the interferences/symptoms, then you are headed to the right - toward a higher level of wellness.

The 6 essentials for wellness include:
  1. mind/body connection
  2. food
  3. water
  4. rest
  5. exercise
  6. owning your power

The degree to which you do these 6 essentials will speed/slow your rate toward wellness.
